Same principle here. Quit assuming the people who make the laws represent every one of the advocates. Personally I only believe in passive assistance--that is to say, the patient has to be of sound mind and request the suicide assistance themselves, and meet the same standards for "sound mind" as if they were putting together a will, or living will, or power of attorney for health care. Under any other circumstances, if the patient's terminal, palliative care only. (That's what hospices are for.) But you weren't going to listen to people like me, because you're insane. It makes me ill to know that people like you are on "my" side in matters such as not lying to children about where they come from and not biologically confusing children by taking an egg out of one woman and implanting it into another. Are there any organizations out there who stand for some of what you stand for without all the crazy thrown in? Rhetorical question. I know you won't answer.
